About Jacqui

Hi and welcome, I have spent most of my life learning sharing and teaching holistic therapies. This started for me when i was a teenager my fascination in crystals, aromatherapy oils  and many more things was taking a hold of my life. which was a real exploration for me.

 

I went on to learn how to meditate when i was just 19 this new way of being, fulfilled my soul so deeply.

In 1999 i went on to train in Indian head massage, Swedish massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Reiki EFT (emotional freedom techniques )

NLP, Life coaching, The balance procedure, holistic beauty, Counselling and more about how we as humans work mind body feedback the effects of stress.
